Join us for an in depth look into Colorado Cabernet Franc with Jenne Baldwin-Eaton. Jenne will give us an introduction to Bordeaux, create an understanding in terroir and also discuss different aging techniques. Taste your way through 3 different Estate Cabernet Franc’s from Restoration Vineyards and expand your wine knowledge. Linda Brauns, our winemaker, will also be attending to explain the wines you are tasting and different techniques used during the winemaking process. A gourmet cheese pairing will also be provided during the event.
