Western Colorado-based Starcher Hutsen is known throughout the Grand and Roaring Fork Valleys for their acoustic sound, with lush guitar harmonies and vocals being focal points of their unique sound. Their music is best known for its interpretations of well-known singer-songwriters as well as their own originals.
The acoustic duo began in 2005 out of a mutual passion for all things cars and guitars. Since forming Starcher Hutsen, the duo, featuring Glenwood Springs’ Matt Stinson and Grand Junction’s Stan Orr, has been a locals’ favorite, appearing in venues ranging from Aspen to Glenwood Springs, Denver to Grand Junction. They are currently regularly featured at the Ocotillo in Grand Junction and can often be heard at various wineries in Palisade.
Starcher Hutsen will be appearing at Restoration Vineyard’s Fifth Anniversary Celebration on September 15 from 4 to 8 PM.
