We started Pali Thai out of a tent at the Palisade Farmer’s Market in the fall of 2020 with the intent of bringing authentic Thai food to our community.
Chiranut (Pam) is the heart and soul of Pali Thai. She was born and raised in the Aranyaprathet Region of Thailand where she learned to create authentic cuisine using traditional methods and local ingredients from the surrounding farms. Pam’s family still lives and farms on their ancestral lands.
Mike is a forth generation Coloradoan who talks too much and says too little.
We live on our small farm with a huge garden and lots of animals in Palisade, Colorado.
Chef Shaggys located in Grand Junction, CO is a locally-owned food truck. Stop by for a quick beverage or sit down and enjoy a delicious meal with us. We offer pick-up options as well.
