DESCRIPTION:Settle into the weekend with Wine Down Friday at Restoration Vineyards. \nEnjoy estate wines\, sweeping vineyard views\, and delicious offerings from Pali Thai and La Pupuseria Food Truck. \n3–8 PM | Happy Hour Specials 4–6 PM \nWe started Pali Thai out of a tent at the Palisade Farmer’s Market in the fall of 2020 with the intent of bringing authentic Thai food to our community.  \nChiranut (Pam) is the heart and soul of Pali Thai. She was born and raised in the Aranyaprathet Region of Thailand where she learned to create authentic cuisine using traditional methods and local ingredients from the surrounding farms. Pam’s family still lives and farms on their ancestral lands. \n​Mike is a forth generation Coloradoan who talks too much and says too little. \n​We live on our small farm with a huge garden and lots of animals in Palisade\, Colorado. \nAt La Pupuseria\, we bring the vibrant flavors of El Salvador and Mexico to Grand Junction\, Colorado. Our menu features gluten-free pupusas stuffed with a variety of delicious fillings. Enjoy our mouthwatering steak and chicken tacos topped with fresh cilantro and onion\, or indulge in our California-style burritos and smothered Burritos. With seasonal delights like fried yucca and plantains\, every bite is a celebration of culture and quality.
