Enjoy barrel samples\, food\, discounts\, and fun in the Grand Valley! \n\n\n\n\nBarrel into Spring returns to Palisade on April 17 from 2:00–7:00 PM and April 18 from 11:00 AM–5:00 PM\, inviting guests to explore Colorado wine country at its most vibrant. \nThis self-guided\, two-day experience features seven participating wineries\, where attendees will enjoy curated food and wine samples\, exclusive discounts on wine and other products\, and a relaxed springtime atmosphere. \nNew this year\, guests will use a digital passport\, making it easier than ever to track winery visits and engage with each stop along the way. Participants will check in at their preassigned starting winery to pick up their tasting glass and wristband\, then follow the digital passport as they tour the region at their own pace. \nGuests who complete all eight winery check-ins by the end of the weekend will be entered into a drawing to win a free case of Colorado wine—the perfect way to toast a successful Barrel into Spring. \nParticipating Wineries: \n\nBookcliff Vineyards\nMafia Princess Wines\nRestoration Vineyards Ft. SUMMARY:Wine Down Fridays - Pali-Thai
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our weekly “Wine Down” Friday featuring Pali-Thai Food Truck this week.  They are a local favorite with fresh\, delicious and authentic Thai cuisine.  We also offer a Happy Hour from 4pm-6pm with select wines by the glass available at a discount. \nAll seating is first come first serve and no seats will be reserved. \nWe started Pali Thai out of a tent at the Palisade Farmer’s Market in the fall of 2020 with the intent of bringing authentic Thai food to our community.  \nChiranut (Pam) is the heart and soul of Pali Thai. She was born and raised in the Aranyaprathet Region of Thailand where she learned to create authentic cuisine using traditional methods and local ingredients from the surrounding farms. Pam’s family still lives and farms on their ancestral lands. \n​Mike is a forth generation Coloradoan who talks too much and says too little. \n​We live on our small farm with a huge garden and lots of animals in Palisade\, Colorado.
