DESCRIPTION:We started Pali Thai out of a tent at the Palisade Farmer’s Market in the fall of 2020 with the intent of bringing authentic Thai food to our community.  \nChiranut (Pam) is the heart and soul of Pali Thai. She was born and raised in the Aranyaprathet Region of Thailand where she learned to create authentic cuisine using traditional methods and local ingredients from the surrounding farms. Pam’s family still lives and farms on their ancestral lands. \n​Mike is a forth generation Coloradoan who talks too much and says too little. \n​We live on our small farm with a huge garden and lots of animals in Palisade\, Colorado.

DESCRIPTION:We are excited to welcome Los Hermanos for this Band in the Barrel Concert.\nSome noteworthy details: \n-Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chairs to enjoy wine\, music\, and food. \n-Please carpool if possible\, parking is limited. \n-No outside alcohol allowed \n-We ask that you do not bring outside food and that you support the food trucks. \n-Bottle and glass sales only\, no tastings during the live music so we can better serve all our guests. \n-A reservation only ensures you admission into the venue\, we will do our best to provide a shaded spot\, but it is not guaranteed. \n-Seating times are for 90 minutes\, choose from either 1:00 – 2:30 or 3:30 – 5:00 time slots. \nLos Hermanos \nRESERVE NOWThe Little Pink Truck is a food truck local to Grand Junction serving fresh\, local\, chef inspired soups\, salads and sandwiches. Also specializing in BBQ Catering. We offer vegetarian\, dairy free and gluten free options as well as delicious\, healthy kids meals and hearty sandwiches. A home run for the whole family! \nThe fun and exciting part about our truck is there’s something yummy to eat for everyone (even the little picky eaters)! We strive to make it easy for customers with all types of diets to enjoy our food. \nWe are lucky enough to live in an area that is packed with fresh produce! We find great pleasure in utilizing that perk and providing local ingredients to our customers! Eat local!! \nPitmaster and owner chef Mike Young along with his wife Carey offer competition BBQ favorites and scrumptious side dishes with Smokey Bonez BBQ!Bringing Western Colorado the best slow smoked Texas style brisket\, Kansas City style spareribs and slow smoked pork butts made with family recipes.
