DESCRIPTION:Settle into the weekend with Wine Down Friday at Restoration Vineyards. \nEnjoy estate wines\, sweeping vineyard views\, and delicious offerings from Pali Thai and What Would Cheesus Do Food Truck. \n3–8 PM | Happy Hour Specials 4–6 PM \nWe started Pali Thai out of a tent at the Palisade Farmer’s Market in the fall of 2020 with the intent of bringing authentic Thai food to our community.  \nChiranut (Pam) is the heart and soul of Pali Thai. She was born and raised in the Aranyaprathet Region of Thailand where she learned to create authentic cuisine using traditional methods and local ingredients from the surrounding farms. Pam’s family still lives and farms on their ancestral lands. \n​Mike is a forth generation Coloradoan who talks too much and says too little. \n​We live on our small farm with a huge garden and lots of animals in Palisade\, Colorado. \nComing from Denver\, CO What Would Cheesus Do! \nA grilled cheese sandwich is a beautiful thing.  It’s comfort food at its core\, reminding you of home.  Made with the finest cheese and crafted with love\, I want to bring you the grilled cheese sandwich of your dreams. \nOperating out of a bright turquoise food truck\, we like to think we look like an enormous Tiffany’s box with cheese inside instead of diamonds.  One might argue that cheese is even more valuable.
