DESCRIPTION:Settle into the weekend with Wine Down Friday at Restoration Vineyards. \nEnjoy estate wines\, sweeping vineyard views\, and delicious offerings from Pali Thai and Hawaii Street Food Truck. \n3–8 PM | Happy Hour Specials 4–6 PM \nWe started Pali Thai out of a tent at the Palisade Farmer’s Market in the fall of 2020 with the intent of bringing authentic Thai food to our community.  \nChiranut (Pam) is the heart and soul of Pali Thai. She was born and raised in the Aranyaprathet Region of Thailand where she learned to create authentic cuisine using traditional methods and local ingredients from the surrounding farms. Pam’s family still lives and farms on their ancestral lands. \n​Mike is a forth generation Coloradoan who talks too much and says too little. \n​We live on our small farm with a huge garden and lots of animals in Palisade\, Colorado. \nDiscover Hawaii’s culinary heritage! Food brings people together in Hawaii. It’s at the heart of the aloha spirit and the deep connections of ‘ohana. We’re excited to share those warm island feelings with you\, right here in Colorado. \nTake a journey through generations of flavor and tradition that have shaped Hawaii’s vibrant street food culture\, where every bite tells the story of our islands’ rich and diverse history.
