I started cooking BBQ about 13 years ago for friends and family. Everyone kept asking why I didn’t open my own place.
Well now that I am getting closer to retirement age I wanted something to keep me busy, so I figured “What the heck, I’ll open a concession trailer. So here I am still working a regular job and getting ready to run a concession trailer on my days off. I love to share my love for BBQ with others. I cook the meats and my wife does the side dishes , we make a good team.
